Monthly rental is quote-based. There is no fixed monthly price on the website, because the right price depends on the city, the truck, the number of trucks, the rental period and how you plan to use them. You send a short request and the team replies with a quote.

What's included

Every monthly rental quote is built around a few things you choose:

• The truck type: Dyna Dry 5T, Dyna Dry 6T, Dyna Reefer 5T or Dyna Flatbed 4T, or "any truck type" if you would like a recommendation.
• The driver: every rented Dyna comes with its driver.
• The city where you need the trucks.
• The number of trucks and the period: from one truck for a month to several trucks for 24 months or more.

The details that depend on your operation, such as working days and hours, the area the truck covers and exactly what the monthly figure includes, are set out in your quote. Read it against your requirements and ask the team about anything that is not clear before you agree.

When monthly rental beats booking per trip

Per-trip booking is ideal for occasional loads. Monthly rental starts to make sense when the work is regular and predictable. Typical cases:

• Daily routes. The same run every working day, such as warehouse to branches, factory to distributor, or a morning restocking round.
• Distribution. Multi-drop deliveries to shops, restaurants, pharmacies or customers, where the truck spends the whole day on the road.
• Projects. Construction, fit-out or event projects that need a truck on hand for weeks or months.
• Busy seasons. Months when you know in advance that demand will rise, covered with a 3- or 6-month rental.
• Predictable budgeting. One monthly bill is easier to plan and approve than dozens of separate trip invoices.

Comparing with per-trip pricing

To decide, start with what you would spend booking trip by trip. Every full Dyna trip on WusoolX is priced by road distance: the kilometres × 1.9 SAR per km before VAT, with a minimum fare for short trips, plus 15% VAT. Extra pickups and drop-offs cost SAR 30 each before VAT, up to four of each per trip.

What to put in your quote request

The truck rental form takes about a minute. It asks for your name, company, mobile number and email, then:

• City: where you need the trucks.
• Truck type: a specific Dyna, or any truck type.
• Number of trucks.
• Rental period: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or 24 months or more.
• Start date: optional, from today onwards.
• Requirements: a free-text box for the details below.

1. Routes and area: in-city only, or regular runs between cities, plus your main pickup and delivery points.
2. Working days and hours: for example, six days a week from early morning to mid-afternoon.

4. Agree the start date, and the truck and its driver begin work on your routes.
