This Privacy Policy explains how TQM International Co. (“we”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use WusoolX, in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. The data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, Saudi mobile number and an encrypted (hashed) password.
- Booking data: pickup and drop-off cities, addresses and map pins, contact names and numbers at each stop, cargo details, weights and sizes, pickup times and notes.
- Business details you choose to give: company name and VAT registration number.
- Payment information: the payment method and its status. We do not collect or store card details.
- Communications: messages and calls with our team, including on WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the cookies described below.
- Location: only when you use “Use my location” or drop a pin on the map.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To create and manage your account and provide the services you book, under our agreement with you.
- To calculate prices, assign drivers, deliver shipments and keep you updated about your bookings.
- To issue tax invoices and keep the records the law requires, including ZATCA and transport regulations.
- To prevent fraud, keep the Platform secure and handle complaints and claims, as permitted by the PDPL.
- To send you offers or news, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
- Drivers and licensed transport partners: only what they need to collect and deliver your shipment (names, numbers, addresses, pins and cargo details).
- Service providers that host and support the Platform, such as hosting, email, SMS and map providers, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
- Government and regulatory authorities, courts and law enforcement, when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the Kingdom
We aim to keep personal data within the Kingdom. Where a service provider processes data outside the Kingdom, we do so only as permitted by the PDPL and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom, with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active, and booking and invoice records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements such as tax record-keeping. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right:
- to be informed about how your personal data is processed;
- to access your personal data and receive a copy in a readable format;
- to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected;
- to have data that is no longer needed destroyed, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Send your request to support@wusoolx.com from the email address or mobile number linked to your account. We reply within 30 days, as set by the PDPL Implementing Regulations. You can also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
8. How we protect it
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and limited staff access. If a personal data breach occurs that could harm you, we will notify SDAIA within 72 hours and inform you where the PDPL requires it.
9. Cookies
- wx_locale remembers your language (1 year).
- wx_customer keeps you signed in to your account (30 days).
These cookies are needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
10. Children
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce material changes on the Platform or by email.
