These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WusoolX website and the services booked through it, operated by TQM International Co. in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or confirming a booking you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

2. Definitions
- Platform: the WusoolX website and any related applications.
- Customer or you: any person or company that creates an account or books a service.
- Services: full truckload (FTL), part load (LTL) and parcel delivery booked through the Platform.
- Booking: a request for a Service confirmed through the Platform and identified by a booking reference.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or authorised to act for the company you represent, to create an account.
You must give accurate details, including a valid email address and Saudi mobile number, and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all bookings made from your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Bookings and services
The price and an estimated transit time are shown before you confirm. A booking is made when it is confirmed on the Platform and you receive a booking reference. We may decline or cancel a booking that cannot be carried out lawfully or safely; any amount you have paid for it is then refunded in full.
Transport is carried out by us or by licensed transport partners in accordance with the regulations of the Transport General Authority (TGA) and other applicable laws.
Pickup and delivery times, including next-day delivery, are estimates. They can be affected by traffic, weather, checkpoints, the recipient's availability and other circumstances outside our control.
Part loads (LTL) share a vehicle with other shipments, so the pickup window is confirmed after booking. Parcel bookings have one pickup and one drop-off.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate in force, currently 15%, as shown in the price breakdown.
The price is calculated from the route, service and shipment details you enter. If the actual shipment differs materially (for example in weight, size, addresses or waiting time), we will tell you the revised price before continuing, and you may cancel instead.
You pay in cash to the driver or by bank transfer to our account, as chosen when booking. Tax invoices are issued in line with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
6. Cancellations, changes and refunds
You can cancel a booking free of charge from your booking page until a driver has been assigned.
After a driver is assigned, a cancellation or change may carry a reasonable charge for costs already incurred. We will tell you the amount before you confirm it.
Refunds owed to you are paid back by bank transfer, or by the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the E-Commerce Law or other mandatory consumer protection rules in the Kingdom.
7. Your responsibilities and prohibited items
You must describe the shipment accurately (contents, weight, size and value), pack it suitably for transport, and make sure someone is available at pickup and delivery.
You must not book the carriage of:
- narcotics, weapons, ammunition or explosives;
- flammable, toxic, radioactive or other dangerous goods, unless agreed with us in writing and permitted by law;
- cash, precious metals, jewellery or negotiable instruments;
- live animals;
- goods whose possession or transport is prohibited or restricted in the Kingdom;
- perishable goods in a non-refrigerated service.
We may refuse a shipment, inspect it where the law allows, or stop carrying it if it appears to breach these Terms, and we may report unlawful items to the competent authorities.
8. Liability and claims
We carry shipments with reasonable care and skill.
Unless a higher value is agreed in writing before pickup, or a mandatory law provides otherwise, our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited to the documented direct loss and will not exceed the price paid for that booking.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by inaccurate information, unsuitable packing, prohibited items or events outside our control.
Please note any visible damage or shortage at delivery and report it to us with photos within 3 days. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days of the booking date.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures, decisions of public authorities, epidemics, strikes or failures of third-party systems.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, the WusoolX name and logo and all content on the Platform belong to TQM International Co. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
11. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Electronic communications
Your account, bookings, notices and records made electronically through the Platform are valid and binding under the Electronic Transactions Law. We may contact you about your bookings by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you confirm a booking applies to that booking. We will announce material changes on the Platform or by email.
14. Governing law, language and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@wusoolx.com so we can try to resolve it amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Consumers may also file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.
