Parcel delivery in Madinah

Domestic courier charges, worked out in seconds

Parcel prices on WusoolX depend on two things: the zone and the chargeable weight. The zone is set by where the parcel travels: inside the same city, within the same region, or between regions. A base charge covers the first 5 kg, and each extra chargeable kg adds a set rate.

Chargeable weight is the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height in cm, divided by 5000. A light but large box is charged on its size, and a small heavy one on its weight. For example:

• A 50 × 40 × 30 cm box has a volumetric weight of 12 kg.
• If it weighs 7 kg, it is charged as 12 kg. If it weighs 15 kg, it is charged as 15 kg.
• A 1 kg document envelope falls within the base charge for the first 5 kg.

Parcel delivery in Riyadh and express next-day service

Riyadh is the hub for express parcels. Parcels sent from Riyadh can go on the express next-day service to Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Jazan, Najran and Buraidah. For other cities, the booking form shows the zone price.

Express parcels are door to door too: collected from your door in Riyadh and delivered to the receiver's address in the destination city.

Parcel delivery within Riyadh, or within any other city, is priced in the same-city zone, which makes it simple to send documents, samples or stock across town.

Booking a parcel pickup

Choose a pickup date and time when you book, and the parcel is collected from your door at that slot. Add the receiver's address, pin both points on the map and confirm with your customer account. You get a booking reference at once to track the parcel online.

Pack items in a firm box and measure it after packing, because the size of the packed box sets the volumetric weight. Pay cash to the driver or pay by bank transfer.

An operations executive calls to confirm the booking, and you can cancel online free of charge until a driver is assigned.
